No advance reservations. The official site states "Walk-ins Only, No Reservations," and the Michelin Guide also lists it as not taking bookings. Sources disagree on how you actually join the queue: the official site says to write your name on the waitlist at the entrance, while a Japanese visitor report describes typing a Korean phone number into a terminal at the entrance and getting the queue number by SMS. Because at least one account did need a Korean number, carrying a Korean eSIM number is the safer plan. The restaurant opens at 11:30, and registering before that is the realistic move.

The Michelin Guide listing states that credit cards are accepted, and a Japanese guide article reports cash, credit cards and the major e-money services all work. Whether foreign-issued cards work here is not confirmed.
