Seoul Forest

A city park on the western edge of Seongsu. Admission is free and the park itself is open 24 hours year-round, so there is no time slot to plan around. The facilities inside — the insect botanical garden, the butterfly garden — keep their own shorter hours and close on Mondays, so the park's 24-hour opening does not carry over to them. It is about a five-minute walk from Exit 3 of Seoul Forest Station.

Tips
- About a five-minute walk from Exit 3 of Seoul Forest Station (Suin-Bundang Line), or ten minutes from Exit 8 of Ttukseom Station (Line 2). Those figures are from Seoul Forest Conservancy, which runs the park; Seoul's accessible-tourism site instead lists Exit 4 of Seoul Forest Station at 174 m, so the exit number differs by source.
- The park runs around the clock; what sits inside it does not. The deer enclosure in the ecological forest is 05:30–21:30 and the visitor centre 10:00–18:00 (to 17:00 from November to February). Hours for the insect botanical garden disagree between sources: Seoul Forest Conservancy lists 11:00–16:00 closed Monday and Tuesday, while the Korea Tourism Organization's accessibility page lists 10:00–17:00 in summer and 11:00–16:00 in winter, closed Mondays. If that building is the reason you are going, call 02-460-2905 first.
- Entry is free and the insect botanical garden charges no admission either. Parking is the only thing that costs money: 211 spaces (plus 6 accessible bays) at 150 won per five minutes for a standard car and 300 won for a large one, open 24 hours year-round. Whether foreign cards or mobile payment work at the car park is not documented anywhere.
- Seoul's accessible-tourism listing states that the accessible toilets are separate from the regular ones and split by gender, and that the park has wheelchair and stroller rentals, nappy-changing stations and electric wheelchair chargers. Apart from the subway, green buses 2014, 2412, 2224 and 2413 and blue buses 121, 141, 145, 148 and 463 serve the park.

A to B Seongsu
에이투비 성수A cafe-bar on the second floor of 135 Achasan-ro: coffee and desserts by day, cocktails and highballs in the evening. DiningCode lists 12:00–23:00 daily with last order at 22:30, so it is closed in the morning and fits better into an evening plan. The signature item is "pigotchi", dried persimmon topped with cream cheese and pecans (₩10,000). It is about 170 m from Seongsu Station Exit 2.
AayAan Seongsu
아이안 성수A dessert cafe on the third floor of 3 Wangsimni-ro 4ga-gil, centred on tarts and ice cream such as a fig tart and a honey-fig ice cream (₩13,000 each). It opens after midday and runs to around 23:00, so it does not work for a morning plan. Posted hours and closing days vary widely between sources — read the tip below before going.
Blue Bottle Coffee Seongsu
블루보틀 성수 카페Blue Bottle's first cafe in Korea, opened 3 May 2019. It is the red brick building outside Ttukseom Station Exit 1 — the ground floor holds the roastery that supplies Blue Bottle's Seoul cafes, and the seating is one level below. Multiple sources note the seat count is small. The official site lists 08:00–20:00 daily.
Cafe Dasique Seongsu
카페데이지크 성수A dessert cafe on the second floor of 6 Yeonmujang 5-gil. According to visitor reviews, the ground floor is a store of the cosmetics brand Dasique and the interior is pink-and-white marble. DiningCode lists 11:00–20:00 daily with last order at 19:00, so ordering stops an hour before closing. Individual cakes are listed at ₩14,000–₩16,000 and whole cakes at ₩55,000–₩59,000.
