A jang (Korean fermented sauce) restaurant built around soy-marinated raw crab, listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand selection every year from 2018 to 2026. It sits in the basement of The Riv Sejong Tower and runs split lunch and dinner services with a 15:00–17:30 break, so a mid-afternoon arrival finds it shut. Book through CatchTable before you go.

Reservation
CatchTable is the main booking route, and the restaurant also takes phone reservations. The CatchTable Global app signs up with a Google or Apple account, works without a Korean phone number, and supports English and Japanese — per the Korea Tourism Organization's guide. Note that on the global app, deposits (where a restaurant charges one) can only be paid with a foreign-issued card. There is a single private room seating six, so groups should check availability first.

Tips
- The regular closing day is Monday, and the 15:00–17:30 break means you cannot get in during that window. Hours and closing days are the first thing to change, so check which slots are actually open on CatchTable before you go.
- Basement level (B108) of The Riv Sejong Tower at 126 Achasan-ro. The signage is hard to spot from street level, so first-time visitors walk past it. Parking is available.
- DiningCode lists gejal bibimbap at ₩27,000 and the shrimp-jang set at ₩25,000. One blog account puts a full jang spread at around ₩40,000 per person.
- One blog account reports that menus are also available in English and Japanese. This is a single second-hand report, so treat it as a hint rather than a guarantee.

A to B Seongsu
에이투비 성수A cafe-bar on the second floor of 135 Achasan-ro: coffee and desserts by day, cocktails and highballs in the evening. DiningCode lists 12:00–23:00 daily with last order at 22:30, so it is closed in the morning and fits better into an evening plan. The signature item is "pigotchi", dried persimmon topped with cream cheese and pecans (₩10,000). It is about 170 m from Seongsu Station Exit 2.
AayAan Seongsu
아이안 성수A dessert cafe on the third floor of 3 Wangsimni-ro 4ga-gil, centred on tarts and ice cream such as a fig tart and a honey-fig ice cream (₩13,000 each). It opens after midday and runs to around 23:00, so it does not work for a morning plan. Posted hours and closing days vary widely between sources — read the tip below before going.
Blue Bottle Coffee Seongsu
블루보틀 성수 카페Blue Bottle's first cafe in Korea, opened 3 May 2019. It is the red brick building outside Ttukseom Station Exit 1 — the ground floor holds the roastery that supplies Blue Bottle's Seoul cafes, and the seating is one level below. Multiple sources note the seat count is small. The official site lists 08:00–20:00 daily.
Cafe Dasique Seongsu
카페데이지크 성수A dessert cafe on the second floor of 6 Yeonmujang 5-gil. According to visitor reviews, the ground floor is a store of the cosmetics brand Dasique and the interior is pink-and-white marble. DiningCode lists 11:00–20:00 daily with last order at 19:00, so ordering stops an hour before closing. Individual cakes are listed at ₩14,000–₩16,000 and whole cakes at ₩55,000–₩59,000.
