Dior Seongsu

디올 성수

Dior's permanent flagship in Seongsu, built as a European greenhouse and garden, housing the boutique and Café Dior in one building. Entry runs in timed sessions rather than open browsing, so decide how you are getting in before you go. Booking is handled only through the dedicated DIOR SEONGSU app; on-site registration is also accepted.

Reservation

Dedicated appKorean phone required

The DIOR SEONGSU app is the only booking channel. Booking in the app requires entering a name and mobile number and then an SMS verification code, which is where visitors without a Korean number get stuck. If the app is out of reach, on-site registration is the remaining option. Sources disagree on the details: one states that weekdays allow both app booking and on-site registration while weekends are on-site only, with weekend app booking limited to Café Dior; another states that bookings open at the start of each month for the following month.

Waiting

On-site registration is accepted but can close early once capacity fills. If you could not book, one guide recommends arriving at 11:00 sharp on a weekday and notes that cancellations are sometimes released to walk-ins.

Tips

  • Entry is organised by session. You can enter up to 10 minutes after your session starts; after that entry may be refused. Whether you booked or registered on site, arrive for the time you were given.
  • Café Dior is booked separately from the boutique, and sources say getting in without a booking is difficult. Drinks start around 20,000 KRW. There is a time limit on the table, but sources differ on it — one says 55 minutes, another says about two hours.
  • A 4-minute walk from Seongsu Station (Line 2). The address is 7 Yeonmujang 5-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
